Yes, we offer customization services for all of our templates.
How much dose this cost?
Between $95 and $375 ,The price depends on the complexity of each project. You can see the price of each template at the end of the description.

Can you ad my logo, text images or videos?
Yes,
In the customization we will use your text-logo and your images-videos to replace the ones that you can see in the preview of the template
What will I receive?
-A video file in Full HD (or in a smaler resolution if needed) in the format that you need (we recommend quicktime h265 since this is upload-able to sites like youtube and vimeo)
-The project file with the saved .aep (after effects project save file)
*Note for level 1 ($95) customizations, you need to also buy the project as a downlod-able file to receive the project files, otherwise you will only receive the video and not the project file itself.
How many images/videos/texts can you show?
The timing of the animation, number of texts and images/videos will be the same as on the preview video of the template.

Can you change also the colors?
Yes , some of our templates have the option to change the colors in them (this is shown in the description on the end of the preview video)

What do I need to send you?
-Your logo (in vector format,.ai , if possible)
-your text
-your images or videos, yes, we can also use videos instead of the images that you may see on the preview of the template
-a link to your website or an image/design so that we can match the colors (for templates that support this option)
How can I send the payment?
We prefer to accept payment on Paypal and Moneybookers, but we can also accept payment using directly a credit card or even western union if no other options are available.
What are your payment therms?
After discussing the project details with you, we require a 50% deposit before starting the work. The other 50% will be sent only after the video is finished.

How many versions can I get? Can you make more versions of the same template?
For each version that we have to set up and render out takes us work time, so we have to charge for each version.
Can you give discounts?
Sure, for more than 3 customizations we offer 20% discount.
What if I your template has the option to show 4 videos, but I want 5, can you ad in another video, change the duration or the timing?
The prices above are for standard customizations, where we ad your text , images/videos and logo. Rendering the project, and converting the video to the needed format. Without changing the timing or the number of elements (text, images or videos)
This is possible, but will require a different type of pricing, since we have to re animate change the keyframes and reconstruct some of the design elements. This can highly increase the work amount for us and also the cost.
