     Thank you for contacting me

     the turnaround time for a template customization is 3 days ( depending on the template it can be also faster)

     In the customization we will use your text-logo and your images-videos to replace the ones that you can see in the preview of the template,you will receive the project files and the the video file.

     The timing of the animation, number of texts and images will be the same as on the preview video of the template.
