How can I render and edit the project?
Every template comes with a video tutorial that shows how to customize the project, I also created a free tutorial in witch I demonstrate how to work with heavy projects and AE templates:
Will your templates work on After Effects CS4?
Yes, I create my templates in After Effects CS3 , they can be opened with CS4, CS5 and CS5.5 too. But not on earlier versions like AE 7.0 or AE 6
When I buy a project can I resell it or give it away ?
Absolutely not, when you download a project you are in agreement with bluefx.net not to share the project with anyone. This is a copyrighted digital file. Just like music and stock video .

I am getting a “file is damaged” error, what can I do?
The file may get damaged wile it is downloading, this can happen if your internet connection is not stable, try downloading the file again.
I’m getting an image buffer error, what should I do?
Restarting your machine can help, you can also try edit-purge-all before starting the render.
Render the file on to a different hard drive, so that it is not on the same drive as the project files. Need more info? Check these links:link1 link2
When rendering to MPEG 2, my system crashes / AE freezes
Don`t render directly to MPEG 2 or any other highly compressed format. AE is not able to handle the 2 tasks at once: render the complex project and encode to a highly compressed format . Render the project as quick time in phot JEPG codec and convert this rendered video in the format that you need. Here is a tutorial that can help:heavy projects and AE templates:
CC( Cycore) Particle Word Effect is missing.
The CC(Cycore) effects come with After Effects, they are automatically installed when you enter the serial number. If you are not using the trial version of After Effects try reinstalling the application, this usually solves the problem.

Hello, we are looking to purchase the Virtual Studio TV Set for After Effects Template this week. I wanted to know if we will be able to change the text in the crawling “Breaking News” section of the comp. I wasn’t sure if all the layers are saved out to edit or if they are mixed down. Thank you for asking. Yes , the “Breaking News” text can be changed easily. In fact you can change all of the text layers, this is demonstrated in the tutorial video that comes in the download package.
All the layers are editable, this allows you to see how they have been built, how the effects function and you may even change them. The project is made entirely in After Effects and none of the layers are prerendered.
