After Effects CC Render Setup For Youtube - Part2

After Effects CC Render Setup For Youtube - Part2

In Part 1we discussed how to render effectively in After Effects and export MP4 video files ready to send or upload to Youtube, and those settings apply to all After Effects versions up to CS6. In this tutorial we’re going to take a look at:

How to render using After Effects CC

In fact, you won’t even need to configure any render settings because we already did that for you and incorporated everything in a render preset, which you can download on here: Download Render Template NOTE: after you click the download button, a window will open, where you can enter the your email address. The system will automatically send you the download link to the provided email address and than redirect you to this page.   So here we are in After Effects CC. Once you’re ready with the template editing, please make sure to have the composition you want to render selected, and also your desired work area. Now, instead of selecting “Composition – Add to render Queue”, we’re going to select: “Composition – Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue“. This will open up the Media Encoder and add the composition to the queue. In the preset browser click on the “import preset” button and select the BlueFX preset. The bluefx preset will automatically import and set all the specifications of the After Effects composition such as: dimensions, frame rate, aspect and it will also include audio. Next, we need to select “H264” from the dropdown menu and “BlueFX”. Make sure to click on the output to set the video destination and hit start. Once you select the bluefx preset, it will remain as default for the next rendering jobs. Hint: as you can see we are using the Adobe Media Encoder (that comes pre installed with After Effects CC) Using the Adobe Media Encoder, your machine can render your project while you are able to work in After Effects at the same time.
