Adding a Green Screen Effect Using Wondershare Filmora

- Once you have downloaded the template, add these and your footage with the green screen background to the Project Media.
- Next, add your clip to the timeline.
- To add the green screen effect, right-click on your clip then select Green Screen, or use the shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + G.
- Once the Green Screen Properties show up, click on the Alpha Channel checkbox below. After clicking, your goal is to make your subject as white as possible while making the background as black as possible. To do this, you can play around the levels of Offset, Tolerance, Edge Thickness, and Edge Feather on the left side.
- Once done, drag your downloaded template to the timeline. Place it below your clip. Make sure that there is no unnecessary green screen background left.
